Hashara
Cascara — dried coffee fruit, brewed as tea. Not coffee. Low caffeine. Dried fruit, hibiscus, cherry.
Hashara
Coffee cherry tea — not actually coffee.
Hashara is cascara — the dried fruit of the coffee plant, brewed as a tea-like infusion. In Ethiopia and Yemen, farmers have been drinking coffee cherry tea for centuries, long before the beans themselves became the global drink.
No caffeine spike, no coffee taste — just bright, fruity, tea-like sweetness. Think dried cherry, hibiscus, rosehip. A pleasant surprise if you've never tried it.
